Change sharing buttons on post

I love this theme, but the social sharing buttons could be better.
Google+ is no longer in business.
The Twitter popup takes over the same tab and I have to click to go back to the site.
he colors are too bright for more subtle color themes, and it would be nice to be able to change them from the dashboard.
